Sky Monkey Media wasn't built in a marketing office. It was built from years on the road, a willingness to take chances, and a belief that every business has a story worth telling.
Before launching Sky Monkey, we spent years in the transportation industry as heavy haul drivers, moving oversized loads across the country. Later, we managed a nationwide network of more than 3,000 drone pilots for one of the largest property inspection companies in the United States. That experience gave us a unique perspective on technology, logistics, customer service, and the importance of delivering consistent quality.
In 2021, we took everything we had learned and started Sky Monkey Media with one goal: to help businesses stand out in a crowded market. What began as real estate photography quickly evolved into something much bigger.
Today, we partner with hundreds of real estate professionals and businesses across North Central Florida, creating everything from stunning photography and cinematic video to FPV drone tours, branding content, AI storytelling, and custom marketing campaigns. We believe media should do more than showcase a property — it should tell a story, build trust, and create an emotional connection.
We also believe that great content shouldn't disappear after one social media post. That's why we developed the Sky Monkey Brand Vault — giving our clients an organized library of photos, videos, drone footage, and creative assets they can use again and again as their business grows.

Mariah is a talented photographer and drone pilot whom we personally trained from the ground up. From her very first projects with us, she demonstrated creativity, precision, and a strong eye for detail. Over time, she has become an essential part of the Sky Monkey Media team, handling both photography and aerial operations with consistency and professionalism. Her dedication to quality and her ability to capture every property's best features have made her a key contributor to our work, helping us deliver polished, impactful visuals that our clients can rely on.
Joshua Morton
Drone Photographer
Joshua has been a drone photographer for over four years, with a passion for the unique perspective aerial photography brings to any project. He's constantly exploring new technology and creative techniques to elevate his work and help each project stand out. Before stepping into the world of drone photography, he worked as a chess instructor and served as a Supervisor with the Department of Homeland Security — experiences that sharpened his attention to detail, strategic thinking, and discipline. He relocated from Arizona to Ormond Beach, Florida in 2024 and has been embracing everything the Florida lifestyle has to offer.
